LXmoto No Return Policy
At LXmoto, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed and shipped, except where required by applicable law.
Please carefully review your order, including product specifications, compatibility, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Defective upon arrival, or
- Different from the item you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number,
- A description of the issue, and
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LXmoto is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any parts or accessories purchased from LXmoto are compatible with their motorcycle or intended application before placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incompatibility or incorrect purchases made by the customer.
